We are really proud of our wide selection of Swarovsky Crystal Bouquets. We offer our stunning bouquets in several sizes with many, many options. We can create your custom bouquet in glass pearls, Czech glass beads or Swarovsky Austrian Crystal. The beads come in many lovely shades like amethyst, aquamarine, topaz, emerald and of course, cystal clear. Two constructions are available too - either a cascading waterfall bouquet or a straight construction. The stems can either be left looped with an organza bow or complete ribbon wrapped.
The nice thing about a crystal bouquet is that unlike a floral bouquet, these bouquets can be kept for generations as keepsakes and passed down. Start a new tradition! Also, many brides (and grooms) are allergic to fresh flowers. The crystal bouquet provides a great hypo-allergenic solution.
So, you're going to a wedding and you don't want to give the same old toaster/blender/crystal vase as everyone else. You don't have a lot of time and you don't have a lot of money. How about some great personalized photo gifts?
The Younique Boutique carries all kinds of great photo gifts - like our photo pillow, our personalized photo quilts, custom oil paintings and our super cool line of photo platters. Another great idea is the signature mat and frame kit. The couple uses their own 8 x 10 photograph in one of our specially designed frames. They are perfect for gathering the signatures of everyone at the event.
We are please to announce new pricing on our line of Marquee Signs. They make great birthday gift ideas for men! The artist has begin producing the paper print versions of these on less expensive equipment and has passed the savings on to the customer.

We are pleased to bring to our wonderful customers a new product line - Fully Custom Wedding Cake Toppers. This is in addition to our very popular Custom Heads/Standard Bodies Wedding Cake Toppers.
What's the difference? Well, the Custom Heads/Standard Bodies Cake toppers are awesome - we custom sculpt the heads to look like the bride and groom. The bodies are cast in poly-resin (think action figure) and are available in many cute styles. The bodies can be painted in any way but they can not be modified sculpturally.
So, if you want him in a Michael Jackson red leather "Thriller" style jacket and her dressed like her college mascot, Beatrice the Beaver, you can now order our Custom Heads/Custom Bodies cake topper for just an extra $100!
All of the details are hand-picked by the cutomer - the faces, facial expressions, facial hair, hairstyles, clothing, shoes, accessories and pose are all selected by the customer by submitting photos.
Here's one I'm making for me and my cutie:
First, I submitted some face shots of each of us:
Next, our clothing:
And one for the pose we like (look at those buff arms!):
Pretty cool, right?
Please allow us several weeks to make these - they are detailed and time consuming. If your event is soon, you are better off with the Custom Heads/Standard Bodies Cake Toppers.
We are just sooooo excited about the new custom cake topper styles we have to offer you, our fine customers. Two new jumbo styles and one new regular style.
Check out our new cake tops!
The 5th annual The Younique Boutique Holiday party was held last night at Karl Strauss. A fun time was had by all. Next year, we're thinking about moving the location. The accoustics at KS aren't great and my poor Pops (as shown) couldn't hear a word that anyone was saying.
Happy Holidays from The Younique Boutique!
Wow. What a few weeks it's been! Everyone and their mamma ordered a quilt this year for Christmas. Don't get me wrong, I am not complaining. We love the fact that we get to be a part of so many families' special occasions. Bot boy, it sure was a lot of hard work.
Making a photo quilt is a really time consuming process. First, the customer submits their photos to us either by mail or by email. The email thing really needs to be changed as this year especially, customers were very frutrated by the fact that TYB has no way to upload files through the web site. Guess what I'll be working on this week? Photos are either organized into a digital folder with the order number or scanned and organized. Next, we create templates for the photos. All the photos are given personal attention to make them look their best. Then, we print them on our heavy-duty color laser printers. Next, the photos are carefully cut into individual squares. Lastly, we transfer them onto our handmade quilts with a high temperature heat press at 400 degrees. It's hot, detailed work.
We worked long nights and weekends. We are still working on the last of the quilts even as I write this. We are quite proud of the fact that every single order placed for Christmas will be shipped in time for delivery on the 24th. This has been quite a feat!
Wow! We had over 60 orders when we came back to work on Monday and they just keep coming in. I'm trying to remember if people did this much online shopping int he previous years and I just don't think so. I mean, we always pick up right around this time of year obviously but I don't remember "Black Friday" as being a big sales day for us in the past.
Most people are buying photo quilts which are by far the best Christmas gift out there. I mean, who wouldn't like a photo quilt?
While me and the fam were stuffing ourselves with stuffing, you fine folks in e-land were buying gifts like crazy. We have seen the return of many happy customers this year. Folks that had bought a gift for a wedding present and then came back for Christmas gifts.
Now, back to work on quilts!!!
The other day on the way to lunch I posed the following question to my co-workers: "Where would you go about finding a fake wedding cake?" They were stumped. The suggestions ranged from creating one using styrofoam and other craft supplies to contacting a baking supply friend of of a friend and seeing what professional bakers use. That all seemed a little time intensive for me so I took my search to eBay where I found and purchased this little beauty:
