Please note that photos submitted digitally must be at least 300 dpi. If the quality of your photo is not goo enough for printing, we will ask that you submit another photo. If you are emailing your photo, please place your order first. You will receive a confirmation email from us. Reply directly to that email with your photo attachment. If you wish to see if the quality of a particular photo you are thinking about using is good enough for print, you may email it here. Photos supplied in their original form via mail will not be harmed in any way and will be returned with your order. There is an additional $5.00 scanning charge for photos supplied via mail.   Shipping and Return Policy   Please allow 2 weeks from the date your photo materials are received and accepted for delivery. A rush order service is available for $15.00. Rush orders will be shipped within 24 hours of your photo materials received and accepted.
