Option 1: Custom Heads/Standard Bodies
With this option, we create custom heads that look just like the bride and groom. Submit to us photos representing your chosen hairstyle and facial expression. The bodies can be painted any color you like but they can not be modified sculpturally in any way. If you wish to have your actual wedding dress and/or tuxedo depicted, please select option 2.

Option 2: Custom Heads/1 Custom Body and 1 Standard Body
Use this option if only one of your figures requires a custom body. Select from any of our standard bride or groom figures. The other figure will be custom made to your specifications. Select the hair and faces for both figures. Select the standard body for one of the figures. Send photos of clothing, pose and accessories for your custom figure.

Option 3: Custom Heads/Custom Bodies
Have something really special in mind? Allow our team of sculptors to create a custom wedding set based on your photos. Send us a photo of your dress and his naval uniform. Or, have a special hobby the two of you do together? We can create a one-of-a-kind complete polymer sculpted piece. Please send as many detailed photos of your face as well as clothing. Don't forget to send a photo of the pose you would like to use. Call us for a quote on adding additional accessories and themes.

For the best results, please provide our artists with good, clear digital photos to work with. Your best bet is to use a digital camera and take photos just for your cake topper rather than looking through old photos for face shots.

We can use one photo for your facial expression and one for hairstyle. Just refer to each photo with a description.

If you are creating a Custom Heads/Custom Bodies cake topper, please provide detailed images for your clothing, shoes, accessories, and pose. A good source for photos is Google Images - http://www.google.com/images

Submit your photos to photos@tybinc.com. We will sort through them, make sure we have everything we need and email you back.

Creating a Custom Heads/Standard Body Cake Topper is a proofed process - meaning we send you photos as your cake topper progresses. You have the option of making changes to any part of your cake topper along the way. Every time a set of changes is made to your cake topper, it takes 3-5 business days to complete the changes and submit a corrected photo proof to you. This makes it hard to accurately quote shipping times. On average, it takes about 4-6 weeks from the start of your custom project to end for the Custom Heads/Standard Bodies Cake Toppers.

Custom Heads/Custom Body Cake Toppers are a little different. A photo of the cake topper will be sent to you before we ship it for your approval. At this point, you will be given the ability to check your cake topper out and make sure we have followed your requirements. You can correct mistakes but we can not redo your cake topper at this point. So, it's very important that you submit good, clear, large photos of your faces before the process begins. Your cake topper will be produced within 3-4 weeks of your placed order. Allow another 5-7 business days for delivery once your cake topper is met with your approval.

We offer a $75 Rush Service on these items if you need the order sooner that 4 weeks from the date you place your order. In the case of a rush order, we do not provide proofing. We complete your order as quickly as possible based on your submitted photos and ship the cake topper to you when it is finished using an expedited method.

Can I have a Superman Groom and Bride in the smaller, 5.5" size?
Our Custom Heads/Standard Body Superman Groom is only available in the JUMBO size. We often create a smaller version but we have to make it custom for you. Our Custom Heads/Custom Bodies Cake Toppers are the route to go for this - and you can customize the bride's gown!

Can I have an Indian Sari bride?
Sure! Select our Custom Heads/Custom Bodies Cake Topper and we will sculpt your exact wedding clothing - you can even pick your pose.

Can I add details to my Custom Heads/Standard Body Cake Topper? Like a musical instrument or athletic equipment?
Sometimes yes and sometimes no. We can usually add to a cake topper body but not modify it. For example, we can create a custom camera accessory and hang it from the groom's neck but we can't make him hold it in his hands. If you have a special pose in mind, select the Custom Heads/Custom Body Cake Topper.

I like the Elegant Bride and Groom but I want us to be linking arms! Can you change the position of our arms?
Nope, sorry. If you like the linking arms, select The Standing Wedding Couple cake topper. You can select one of three dress styles: strapless, tank or cap sleeves. The groom's tux, tie and shirt can be painted any way you like.

I need my cake topper this weekend. Can you do it?
The very fastest we can make and deliver a Custom Heads/Standard Body cake topper is two weeks from the date we receive your clear, large photo files. In this case, select the RUSH ORDER option. We will surpass the proofing process and ship your cake topper when it is complete. Don't worry, we will check to make sure your requirements have been thoroughly met. Sorry, we can not produce a Custom Heads/Custom Body Cake Topper any sooner than 4 weeks. No exceptions.

I have really tiny, far-away shots of the bride and groom. can you use them?
We don't know you. We don't know what you look like. We need good, clear, in-focus, face shots of both the bride and groom. If you place your order and submit less than ideal photos, we will let you know and request better images. If you don't have better images, we will surpass the proofing process and ship your cake topper when it is complete.

What if I hate my cake topper? Can I cancel?
This is not a 100% satisfaction guarantee type of offer. We have presented to you here a very large sampling of our past work and we are sure you can tell that our artists are excellent at what they do. However, creating the human face is a very subject process. While most of your past cake topper customers are thrilled with their finished cake topper, honestly speaking, some are not. With our Custom Heads/Standard Body Cake Toppers, we will create as many drafts (within reason) as we need to to satisfy your requirements. Please keep in mind though that these are cartoons and not meant to be exact replicas of your faces. Our artists find distinguishing characteristics of your face and accentuate those to create a likeness.

Our Custom Heads/Custom Body Cake Toppers take hours to create and are very detailed. By the time we send a photo of your cake topper, several artists have worked on every aspect of the sculpture based on your requirements. Because of the amount of time involved in these and the low, affordable price, we cannot make revisions of your cake topper. You can correct any mistakes made or oversights of your original specifications.
